Job Role: Chat Executive – Technical

Responsibilities:

  • Customer support professionals who are ready to answer queries in real-time.
  • Achieving more than just driving the conversation toward a defined resolution. Must be an expert in having meaningful conversations with customers.
  • Should help drive leads, convert and retain customers by answering a simple question or two.
  • Responsible for answering queries and assisting customers through chat.
  • Readily available to provide help or a solution in real-time, thus the term “live”.

Qualification:

  • 1-4 Years of experience handling instant chat and virtual assistant

Experience Level: Junior

Salary: 

  • As per market standards
