Job Role: Customer Care Executive – Inbound/Outbound
- Manage large amounts of inbound calls in a timely manner.
- Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics.
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and providesolutions and/or alternative.
- Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise.
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
- Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way.
- To make outgoing calls to people.
- To inform them about new products and services.
- Sell the products and services to people.
- To listen to objections and handle them effectively.
- To generate more leads from the people out called.
- To enter the details of every interaction in the system.
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
- 1-6 Years into Customer Care/Telecalling, graduate in any stream
